FOUR (4) BASIC STEPS TO A FLAWLESS SKIN
1) Moisturizing
Moisturizer Is the Best Defense Against Dry Skin.
Are you suffering from dry skin? If so, you must be moisturizing daily.
If your skin is in dire need of moisture, apply lotion straight after hopping out of the shower to seal in the moisture that your skin has just absorbed.
2) Exfoliating
In a simple form exfoliating involves the removal of the oldest dead skin from the skin's surface using an exfoliant.
An exfoliant doesn’t have to be expensive to be effective. In fact, many natural products that you likely already have in your pantry may be all you need to exfoliate your skin.
Many of these items have the ability to create just enough friction to remove dead cells from the surface of your skin.
Some popular natural exfoliants include:
*finely ground sugar
*baking soda
*finely ground almonds
*oatmeal
*finely ground sea salt
*cinnamon
You can also combine other products often found in your kitchen to these natural exfoliants.
These products include:
*honey
*green tea or chamomile tea
*essential oils
These natural exfoliants are all physical exfoliants. This means that by gently rubbing or massaging them on your skin, the dead skin cells can be sloughed away.
3) Hydration
As simple as it sounds just enough amount of water keeps the skin Hydrated and healthy.
It has been discovered that drinking atleast an average of 8 glasses of water per day helps the skin maintain its elasticity to reducing fine lines and wrinkles water does exceptional things for your skin and your overall health.
There'll be no change overnight but giving it a few weeks wouldn't be a bad idea.
4) Get Enough Sleep
According to research by certain dermatologist during your sleep skin's blood flow increases and the organ rebuild it's collagen and repair damages made by exposure to UV exposure there by reducing wrinkles and age spots.
The key is to get enough 7-9 quality hours of sleep every night. If you're getting fewer than 6 hours it's affecting your appearance.
As regards to getting a flawless skin the above listed routine would definitely give a whole new turn around to your skin and overall Health.
